Non ci cono certezze assolute nell’alimentazione, anche se limitare insaccati e carne rossa è ormai una cosa risaputa. Con lei sento un po’ di freddo, e l’incontro scorre soprattutto su un piano professionale, in un’anteprima dell’attività che conta di aprire nei prossimi mesi.
